XProtect Plugin installation

Requirements:

XProtect VMS Products version - XProtect Express+ 2020 R3 or later

Plug-in installation:


Run XProtect Smart Client and go to the “Setup” menu                                   
                                                                                     
                                                                                      


Check if you have the FF Data Factory plugin installed

Go to the “Settings”

Choose “FF Data Factory” from the settings list:

▪ input URL of the FF Data Factory web UI.                                                                                         
URL example: http://10.0.5.100:5001/
▪ Press the “Apply” button As a result, you should see the status “Registered”
▪ Now you can close the “Settings” window
▪ Restart Milestone Mobile Server


On the DataFactory Settings page enter DataFactory location URL and Milestone Management server credentials.
These credentials must belong to a basic user with administrator rights.
If it doesn't exist, you must create it in the Management client. 


Select the required cameras to receive recognition events. Events from other cameras would be ignored.

Now you can use FF Data Factory fully inside Milestone XProtect.

Go back to your Milestone installation.
Open the "Setup" menu and drag the FF Datа Factory icon to the appropriate window in the Milestone XProtect client
