Invalid Password issue

Invalid Password issue

You are receiving this error because the login credentials for the camera and the system do not match, as indicated by the error in the logs you provided.

Please check the IPC Login and IPC Password fields for the following:

1. Ensure the login and password are correct.

2. Verify the correct use of upper and lower case in the password.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider creating a new password for the camera and application with the following guidelines:

1. Use only Latin letters and numbers, avoiding special characters like Č, č, and others.

2. Refrain using symbols such as !, @, $, and others. The symbol «'» is not allowed.

3. Ensure the correct password is saved.

Additionally, we recommend the following steps:

1. Clear the browser cache.

2. Restart the camera from its web interface.

3. Restart the browser.

In some rare cases, the cache may store old camera credentials (username and password), causing the application to use incorrect data.
