System requirements

To ensure optimal performance of the FF DataFactory (DF) web application, the following system requirements must be met:

Minimal Server Requirements:

  • CPU: Intel i5 10th Gen or higher.
  • Minimum free RAM: 4GB.
  • Minimum disk space: 600MB for installation. It is highly recommended to install DF on an SSD disk for faster database operations.

Space Calculation: To estimate the required storage space, you can approximate 3MB per event. For example, if you have 1,000,000 events, it would require up to 3TB of storage.

Supported System Components:

  • Operating Systems: Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro (with MS Visual C++ Redistributable).
  • Video Management System (VMS): Milestone XProtect 2020R3 or higher.
  • Event Sources: CAMMRA / CAMMRA Lite, AXIS License Plate Verifier, NumberOk, NumberOk Edge, Wisenet RoadAI, Roadwatch, DataFactory.

Supported Browsers: The FF DataFactory web application is compatible with the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Opera

By ensuring that your system meets these requirements and using the supported components and browsers, you can effectively utilize the FF DataFactory web application and its features.
